Where do you find inspiration for your home design? If you’re like so many of us, you likely do a lot of scrolling online that leads down home interior rabbit holes. It’s fascinating to see all the ways people decorate and style their homes. Everyone has their own idea of what’s attractive and what feels good to the psyche. For me, incorporating a natural element will always bring a sense of serenity and relaxation to any space. It’s why I worked to capture the beauty of nature with my fabrics and wallpapers line. I believe there’s something for everyone, and I can’t wait to show you more!
Stunning Sunset Sights
No matter where I go in this world I will never cease to marvel at the beauty of a sunset! The gorgeous oranges, blues, cotton candy pinks and yellows make my heart sing. Mother Nature is truly an artist! When we were in the middle of creating our Clarke and Clarke fabrics and wallpapers line, I immediately knew there had to be a way to depict the allure of a sunset. Enter Nairobi!
Nairobi is a wide-width panel wallpaper that is, in a word, breathtaking. Remember those colors we were talking about earlier? This wallpaper blends them softly with expressive brushstrokes that culminate in the most immersive scene. If you’re looking for drama and artistry, this is it. I love the way Nairobi imagines the African horizon, and it makes for an amazing backdrop in any space.
Serengeti
So nice we had to do it twice, you can find Serengeti in both a wallpaper and a fabric. The fabric features an abstract design that is still grounded with an elemental quality. Serengeti explores the vibrancy of the vast African landscape with shifting patterns and a hazy harmony of colors.
The fabric, available in four different colorways, has a ribbed definition and a delicate foil texture. It has been designed on the horizontal scale with a flame stitch technique, and trust me, the beauty is in the details! The wallpaper is just as dynamic. “Serengeti” means: endless plain. This design portrays the never-ending beauty of nature in a contemporary form.
The Grandeur of Greenery
When I’m asked how to instill a vibe of tranquility within a space, I almost always advise clients to use some sort of greenery (whether real or faux) in their designs. Plants just have an unmatched way of connecting us to nature in the most organic sense. If you’re looking to get those same feelings in a more unique way, fabrics and wallpapers should absolutely be on your radar!
Malindi
Luscious plant life takes the lead in this contemporary, nature-inspired design. Malindi is a woven jacquard in monochromatic colorways. This print somehow manages to evoke the beauty of greenery in a contemporary fashion. Malindi is especially beautiful on accent pillows. So whether you’re looking to spice up your otherwise neutral room, or maybe you need that perfect showstopper piece, Malindi with its thoughtfully placed varieties of palm designs makes the cut!
An Unlikely Combo
Malindi is named after a beach town in Kenya, and my, does it live up to its name! I loved meshing the glamor of a coastal LA rooftop with the terrain of one of my other favorite places. This wallpaper is abundant with lush greenery and tropical comfort. The palms feature subtle metallic highlights in the shadow of shapes which only make the modern touches that more elaborate. You can’t go wrong no matter the color you choose.
No green thumb? No problem! Adding nature’s beauty to your space has never been easier or more innovative! Wallpapers and fabrics are ideal methods for making a statement and transforming your home. Create the exact space YOU want to reside in, and saturate yourself in refinement. Be sure to tag me in photos on socials of what you get!
