I have a life filled with joy, beauty, and wonderful things, but it’s not an easy life. Recently, during a deep conversation, someone validated my experience, saying, ‘Wow, you have a hard life.’ I quickly clarified that I also have a beautiful life. He nodded and remarked, ‘Yes, yes, you have a very good life. I didn’t say you didn’t have a good life... I said you have a hard life.’ It reminded me that even amidst the challenges, I embrace the happiness and richness of my journey. As I teach my children the value of hard work and resilience, I know that discomfort can lead to strength and confidence. Here’s to choosing happiness and savoring every moment!

You might remember my mom radio show that ran for 99 episodes… children have always been a huge part of my heart. Before I became a designer, I dreamed of being a neonatal nurse as a kid. Supporting the youth is key to shaping a brighter future, and let me tell you, the future looks incredibly bright!

Watching my boys learn this song on the guitar fills my heart with joy. The other day after school, they played it together, creating a beautiful moment I’ll always cherish. This morning, as we walk through the fields on our way to school, we sang it together. They’re at that age where trying to capture these memories on viedo can lead to immediate shut down… so I took a mental snapshot instead. Despite the squabbles and friendly competition, their brotherhood is unbreakable, and I am forever grateful for the love and challenges that shaped them. These are the memories that leave pictures on the heart.
